You must read metafilter too :-) I followed some links on these madmen - apparently to even start doing that sort of basejumping you have to have done at least a couple hundred regular skydives - definitely a rich kid's game but wow!
Well, I've got vertigo _and_ I'm a'scared of heights, but I clicked anyway, and I had a great time! I've sent it on to a bunch of people. So cool. So crazy.
I loved the Cardinal who became a Pope - is this going to replace the puff of white smoke next time? Just found your blog - love it! I should say that most of the family works in the NHS in GB - they have no end of manglement there too. Why don't non-medic-y people understand us and our sense of humour? Do you think we were born that way?
