  3. I sincerely try not to judge people with improper usage, poor spelling and inadequate grammar, but it's difficult. Heaven knows I would hate to be judged for having dismal math skills. My guilt follows me around like a sad little dog.

I have a friend [who lives in your town, but is not a porcupine!] who was a linguistics major and knows the correct word AND the rules for everything in the English language. She is my idol, even if she does make me sound like a stammering hillbilly.

  4. I think there's a grammatical error in that LOLPeacock. Ironic.

  5. Vi, it's a rule of the interwebs. If you call somebody out for his/her grammar or spelling, you will have a grammar or spelling mistake in your callout.

(And you're correct: it should be "mean," not *"means." The comma after "grammar" is a matter of style preference, though. Now somebody find mine! ha!)

But I still <3 Grammar Peacock. You are better than I am, Grammar Peacock.
