Take *that*, work frustrations.

This post was going to be titled "When Morons Attack".

But I ran a mile.

Then I lifted weights.

Then I stretched. And did some yoga.

And now I'm cheerful and warm and relaxed and no longer concerned with morons. Instead, I think I'll go buy some doggie nail-clippers and then hang out with Max for the rest of the day.

  1. You know sometimes just planning out what you're going to rant about on your blog has a way of getting rid of your frustrations. You don't even have to actually write it down. Add some exercise endorphins to that, and I see why you're happily relaxing with Max. Cheers!
