Nice video. It makes me remember a resident who wore scrubs that fit like that - which would've been fine with some of us, except that the guy was essentially a gigolo with a medical education. He quit schmoozing the nurses after the attending made him clean up his act. Word from the day shift was that you could hear her reaming him out from the opposite end of a very long hallway. "0:04 at Casa Del Snotbags" is very, very funny. :)
I read recently that he has started playing the guitar again...his son had started playing, and he decided he had incorrectly interpreted Islam and that it was OK to play. That, for some reason, gave me a lot of hope and comfort.
I'm kind of stunned that you have 3 critical care patients. Here in California, two is the max by law. And two neuro patients kept me plenty busy. My sympathies- no way all that can be done, and done well.My answer for an MD who would verbal order things, and then not write them was to stop taking verbals. Period. Except in codes. He found his pen after that.
